Narayani´s background as a yoga teacher gives her a deep understanding of our body and its anatomy as well as our mind and soul. She gives massage in a kindly and loving way. She teaches workshops all year round and  certifies therapisht in Thai Massage twice a year.

Canadian trained physiotherapist with 20 years’ experience in sports injuries and manual therapy.

Allison graduated from McGill University in 1994 with a bachelor in Physical Therapy. She has completed her certificate in Manual therapy and her sports physiotherapy levels. She has worked in private practice in Whistler, B.C., Canada with elite level professional and recreational athletes. Allison worked and travelled full time with the Women’s National Alpine ski team from 1998-2002 and was a member of the Salt Lake City Olympic medical team.

Her techniques include manual therapy, manipulation, soft tissue work, biomechanical assessments, and muscle imbalance strengthening.  She completed a holistic nutrition degree in 2009 and combines this knowledge with her physiotherapy practice. Allison believes in the body’s innate desire and ability to heal.
